Nobody Ever Gets Lost will be released next week. You can order it here. And please join me and Emma Straub at McNally Jackson to celebrate on Wednesday, February 16th at 7.
Here’s a piece I wrote for Slate about Buddhism and Christmas back in 2005.
The good people at Drunken Boat asked me for a Nobody Ever Gets Lost playlist, which will be published after the New Year when their 2011 issue goes live. In the meantime, I’m assembling a video version of the playlist here.
The image above was taken from a poster/broadside version of “Sheep May Safely Graze” designed by Klas Ernflo. Eventually (he tells me) there will be printed versions for sale at his website. Thanks, Klas!
This is the second version of jessrow.com. Many thanks to Kara Mansfield Morehouse for the original design. I’ve switched to WordPress for a more easily updated, user-friendly, bloggable experience.
Above you can find an updated bio and author photo (my how the years slip by), an archive of online writings, interviews, and, coming soon, more information on my new book of stories, Nobody Ever Gets Lost, which will appear in early February.
